Please read and acknowledge the policy below before booking your first session or any future sessions.
Session length: Each session is 60 minutes: 50 minutes of focused consulting + 10 minutes for Q&A and wrap-up.
Rates & packages:
Single session (1 hour): $100
Monthly package (3 sessions, 1 hour each): $400
3-Month package (9 sessions total): $1,200
Includes a 5% discount on this package: $1,140 total
Payment timing: Full payment is due at booking and no later than 24 hours before your session. If payment is not received by then, the session may be canceled or rescheduled.
Payment methods: Zelle or Cash App.
Standard notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your payment will be credited to a future session.
Late cancellations / no-shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your session, the payment is non-refundable and will be retained.
Emergency grace: One emergency waiver per month may be applied at my discretion, allowing a short-notice reschedule without forfeiting payment.
Late arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. Sessions end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Arrivals after the 15-minute window are considered no-shows.
Current availability: Thursdays, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (local time).
Format: All sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
How to schedule: By email or phone (voicemail accepted).
Session types: Individual and couples sessions are virtual. Group sessions may be in-person or virtual by arrangement.
Please choose a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection for your session to maximize effectiveness and minimize distractions.
Your sessions are confidential and information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
Legal exceptions include credible threats of harm to yourself or others, or other situations where reporting is mandated.
Your privacy matters. I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
Sessions are spiritually integrated unless you request otherwise.
I am not a licensed mental health counselor, psychologist, or psychotherapist. I provide consulting services focused on guidance, encouragement, and empowerment for your future endeavors.
